Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
- Delivery is available to Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland & the Czech Republic.
- Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries to Germany:
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Goods value up to €249,99 = €4,95
- From an order value of 250,00 € we deliver free shipping.
Deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland & Czech Republic:
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):
- Goods value up to €299,99 = €12,95
- From an order value of 300,00 € we deliver free shipping.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 2-3 working days, and for deliveries abroad, 2-8 working days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Note that on Sundays and public holidays no notification is made.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details for payment
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
